New season stock can be pre-ordered to avoid disappointment and missing out!
HOW IT WORKS
- When pre-ordering you may purchase the item in full and checkout normally or use the code PREORDER at the checkout at pay a 25% deposit to secure your item/s and size/s.
- Once you have placed your pre-order you will receive a confirmation text. Please ensure to include a phone number when asked for contact details as this is how we will keep in touch with you about your order!
- All text messages we send include all the info you could possibly need when pre-ordering. Including, if there is any, your remaining balance.
- When your pre-ordered items arrive with us we will notify you via text. You can then either, if there is any, pay your remaining balance upfront or continue to make smaller payments and set up a payment plan with us.
- Once fully paid for your order is ready for collection or to be shipped. Additional shipping costs apply if not already paid for. Contact us to add postage!
- All items available for pre-order are expected to arrive with us between July and September.

Want to make any changes to your pre-order? Don’t hesitate to contact us as we are always happy to help, weather it be that you want to change sizes or swap any items.
If you wish to add anything to your pre-order just simply place another order as you did originally and let us know that your orders are linked so we can combine them!
Want to cancel your pre-order? Please get in contact with us ASAP and you will be issued with an online credit for any payment made.
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- When your item/s arrive with us you will be notified via text. You can then either pay your remaining balance, if there is one, upfront or continue to make smaller payments and set up a payment plan with us.
- From when we notify you that your items have arrived via text, we will hold the items for 7 days and if we do not receive a response, weather that be that you want to pay your remaining balance or put your items into a payment plan with us, the items will be put back into stock and any deposits made will be lost- non refundable or creditable.
- Pre-ordered items are non refundable, no refunds will be given. We can give you a credit note for the value of payment you have made or offer you an exchange for other items.
- Please note that when returning any item you will only be offered an exchange or credit note for the current sale price of the item being returned.
- We are not responsible for pre-orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule”.
- If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded any payments made or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, we will contact you right away and you will also be refunded.
HOW CAN I PAY MY REMAINING BALANCE?
