We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If you have chosen to collect your parcel but would now like for it to be delivered, simply contact the store and we can add postage for you.

There is no time limit for you to collect your order if it has all been paid for. Please note we only accept returns 14 days after you place your order.

 

Cancellations

We strive to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

Returns

We do offer refunds,exchanges and credits for online orders, however if you purchased your items in store you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to return an item:

You can return an item(s) by post or pop it back into store. Please note that postal charges must be paid for by the customer and will only be refunded if the item is incorrect or proven faulty.

1. Send the unworn item(s) with your invoice to the store address stated on the returns sticker on your parcel and invoice.

2. You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage(a postage receipt)

3. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s) ,we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.

4. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account.

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size/style etc (if in stock) upon request. You will be charged for any postage costs that occur.
