OUR 8 WEEK PAYMENT PLAN

IT’S NEVER BEEN EASIER TO SET UP YOUR DKB 8 WEEK PAYMENT PLAN ONLINE…

we offer 8 week payment plans to our customers, allowing you to spread the cost of your new season favourites across 3 interest free instalments over the 2 month period.


on checking out you will pay your first instalment 
 of 25%. (for example : your order value is £100 - your first instalment would be £25)

 your remaining balance (75%) will the be split into 2 equal instalments. you will be sent invoices via email to pay these instalments at 4 weeks and 8 weeks.

the items in your order are kept with us until the balance is cleared. once cleared, your order will be ready for collection or shipping!

if you would prefer to receive your order while paying off, we recommend using our Klarna or ClearPay options at checkout.
 

HOW TO SET UP


1. when adding items to your cart you will be given 2 options : PAY IN FULL or 8 WEEK PAYMENT PLAN. select the latter and continue adding all your favourite items to your cart this way.

2. proceed to checkout, here you will see your order rundown : how much you’re to pay today and how much will be split into 2 equal payments every 4 weeks.

3. after your order has been placed your items are secured. to clear your remaining balance, you will be sent two invoices via email at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. 

4. once your balance is cleared, your order will be ready for collection or shipping!

you can add items onto your plan at anytime, to do this send an email to designerkidz@live.co.uk with the relevant information. please note, adding items onto your existing plan does not change the date in which the plan is due. if this is not what you wish, you can set up a new plan with the items you wished to add and manage that separately.

THE T&CS YOU NEED TO KNOW

be sure to keep an eye on your emails at 4 weeks and 8 weeks, at these times you will be sent invoices to pay your next instalment.

life is busy, and emails can be missed. if your unsure weather an instalment is over due, you can email us anytime to designerkidz@live.co.uk we will update you and re-send an invoice.

 a smart tip to keep up to date with your payment plan is to set reminders on your phone. set one for 4 weeks from your order date and another for 8 weeks. on these days you can keep a closer eye on your emails for those invoices incoming.

payment plans are what we consider a perk of shopping with Designer Kidz Boutique. we are holding stock away from other customers, failure to pay invoices without communication with ourselves can result in you losing all money you have paid towards your plan and may lead to us removing your right to use the service.

if we ourselves discover a stock error that effects your payment plan we will advise you ASAP that an item in your order is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative item or we can remove the item from your payment plan. refunds will be given for single item orders with stock errors.

CANCELLATIONS WHILE YOUR PLAN IS ACTIVE

payments via payment plan are non-refundable. any payments made towards your plan, including that of your first instalment on ordering, will be put onto a DKB gift card.

PAYMENT PLAN RETURNS

you’ve paid off your plan and have received your order. you wish to return part OR all of your order. items paid for using our 8 week payment plan service are non-refundable. we will offer you an exchange of items for the current sale value of your items or a DKB gift card for the current sale value of the items you wish to return.

if the items in your plan go into sale during the period of your plan we will not offer sale price matches. our stock is in demand and the price you pay is the price of the items at the time in which you secured them.

placing your order via payment plan confirms that you are in acceptance with these terms.
