At Designer Kidz Boutique we give you 14 days to return any items purchased. If this time period is exceeded we cannot accept any returns. All items are NON refundable. However, we do allow customers to exchange their returning items with a different size or different items of the returning price. We also can issue credit notes for the returning items price, which can be used instore or online upon request. All of these options can only be confirmed and given when the item is returned to us. All items are inspected on return - ensure that all tags and labels are not removed. Please note that if the items being returned have gone into sale prior to returning you will only recieve an exchange or credit note of the current sale price. When returning, please use a tracked and recorded parcel service and keep proof of the return - we may request proof of postage if any problems arise with your return. Follow the following steps when returning an item:
1. Contact us prior to returning via social media or calling the store on 01514268922 to let us know the reasoning of the return. We will then check if the items can be returned e.g if they are being returned in the 14 day returning period after purchase and so the return can be expected.
2. Send the items to:

3. Ensure the reciept is in the returning package. We cannot accept returns without a receipt. Any issues with this please contact us.
4. Once received, we will inspect the returning items. Please allow up to 10 days before receiving an email or text to confirm we have received your items.
5. We will then discuss with you which option you want to take via email it text - weather it be an exchange or credit note.
